Have you ever watched a president arrive?
The motorcade clears the streets; security lines rooftops; doors swing open; flags ripple; cameras flash. The moment is heavy—charged with protocol, preparation, and reverence. Then comes the arrival. A figure steps out… and even without speaking, the atmosphere shifts.
That is Majesty.
Every sovereign ruler has their own expression of majesty:
Earth understands the protocols of majesty because Heaven created it.
Family, your Heavenly Father is Majestic.
The Bible calls Him the King of Glory (Psalm 24:7). Isaiah saw Him on the throne, and the train of His robe filled the temple (Isaiah 6:1). That’s not just presence—that’s Majesty. We worship His Majesty!
Majesty is the display of Glory; it is the effect a ruler has on you after you’ve encountered their Personhood. And when you’ve truly seen God, you cannot live below that standard of glory again; Isaiah calls himself “undone.”
And here’s the part we often forget: we are His Children and part of His majestic obligation is for His children to fully express and live from it Daily! Not just worship Him from afar. Not just cry out when in need. But to walking daily in His glory.
Majesty isn’t just something God wears—it’s who He is. And when you truly behold His majesty, you stop living like a servant begging for scraps… and start walking like a son or daughter seated at the table.
When you live in God's majesty, you stop shrinking, striving, and second-guessing your worth. Instead, you start aligning with His thoughts and speaking with Kingdom authority. You begin walking into rooms where the crown may be invisible but its impact can be felt tangibly because the majesty of God changes how you live:
And most of all, you begin to expect greatness not because of ego but because you’ve seen the greatness of your God.
So this week, I dare you to live differently: dress your thoughts in majesty, clothe your speech in confidence and move through every moment like one who belongs to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords because you do.
